What you provide
Hosting an IOLT student is straightforward and rewarding. You provide mentorship, and in return gain a motivated student ready to contribute from day one.

What IOLT provides
We match students to your firm based on their skills, interests, and how they’ll fit with your practice and team. Your role is just to confirm that the student has shown the practical skills required, using a clear sign-off checklist. No grading or extra admin.

Admission & practising via Western Australia

Attend your admission ceremony at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Apply for a practising certificate from the legal professional body in your state or territory.

You’re now an Australian lawyer and eligible to practise across the country.
